Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how, where, and when we deliver live plants across India.
Coverage
We ship pan-India to serviceable pincodes. A small number of remote pincodes are currently non-serviceable for live plants — check delivery on any product page before ordering.
Dispatch time
In-stock plants are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Pre-order plants dispatch on the seasonal batch date shown on the product page.
Transit time
Typical delivery is 3–7 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking and WhatsApp updates at every stage.
Shipping charges
A minimum order value of ₹249 applies. Delivery is a flat ₹50 for orders under ₹499 — and FREE on all orders of ₹499 and above. A flat ₹25 packing & handling charge applies per order, and this too becomes FREE on orders above ₹2000.
Packaging
Every plant ships in a shockproof PVC-pipe pack with multiple breathing holes that locks the pot, hydration-seals the roots, and cushions foliage for safe multi-day transit.
Failed delivery / unavailability
If delivery fails because you are unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Live plants returned after prolonged transit may not be replaceable free of charge — please ensure someone is available to receive the plant.
